As stated in the introduction back at Campus Central, 12 x 12 is a series of 12 collages created in 12 hours for a small exhibit space at Just Local Food Co-op in Eau Claire, WI, in July 2009. What you will not see in this documentary is the process of arranging and gluing the collages. That all happened during the first eight hours; two preliminary 1-hour sessions in the usual space—the basement studio—and 6 hours in the cabin at Heavy Duty Acres. This image illustrates the completion of arranging and gluing the collages onto gesoed masonite.
